This seminar is for the boater who wants to understand their boat’s electrical system. Emphasis is on battery types, sizes and capacities and battery charging systems including alternators, shore power chargers, smart chargers, solar and wind chargers and inverters. Your boat’s electrical requirements, wiring, wire sizes and types are discussed for both the dc and ac systems on the boat. Electrolytic corrosion in and out of the marina is explored.
