Get your co-workers together for an exciting afternoon in a fresh new environment that emphasizes teamwork, competition, and having a great time. Our Team Building Regatta places your team members aboard the Harbor 20 fleet for racing or cruising on beautiful Newport Harbor.
Along with great fun, our instructors will show how victory on the water translates to victory in the business world: the crew that works together and communicates clearly does well; the skipper who remains calm in a tacking duel comes out on top. Everyone contributes to winning. Each boat has a coach, so no sailing experience is necessary — everyone gets to sail! Meeting rooms and lunch can be arranged prior to sailing. Trophies included. Weekdays only, of course!
