Orange Coast College is pleased to welcome Justin Dion as the new Director of the Waterfront Campus.
Dion joined OCC from the East Coast, bringing valuable experience as a maritime professional on United States Navy and government cargo vessels. Licensed as a U.S. Coast Guard Master 1600 GRT and Second Mate Unlimited, he brings practical experience from the maritime industry.
